To upgrade to a higher document volume, simply contact us and let us know which document volume license you already have and which you’d like to purchase. For a list of upgrade options, refer to Pricing.
Important! If you have an active annual maintenance agreement, upgrading to a higher document volume requires payment of the price difference between the two volume packs. Without an active annual maintenance agreement, upgrading requires purchase of the larger volume pack at full price.
When upgrading to a higher document volume license, keep in mind that you’ll also need to upgrade your existing maintenance contract to ensure access to free updates and upgrades to future versions of Hyper.Net SharePoint Edition. Any amounts you’ve already paid for maintenance will be applied pro-rata to your maintenance upgrade cost.
