The standard workshop is one day and requires 2 days of preparation and 2 days of post-workshop consolidation work.
The result is a draft concept with a scheme of the desired customer solution including project planning and cost estimate. The result report has a predefined structurepredefined structure.
On the basis of this draft concept, the implementation work can be started immediately.
An active cooperation of the attendants – also during the preparation phase – is imperative.
