In January 2002, HBOS successfully accomplished an enterprise rollout of "xplain.it", an automated web-based intranet publishing solution for the management and distribution of policy & procedures, manuals, training, help and office forms throughout the HBOS branch and corporate site network.
When fully implemented, the total number of users is expected to be an overwhelming 60.000+ distributed across 1.800 locations in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
